- The Treasure Valley Math & Science Center - Opened in the fall of 2004 as a partnership program between the Boise and Meridian School Districts. The Center is designed for students with a strong interest in mathematics and science. The Micron Technology Foundation has pledged $1 million over a four-year period to fund the start-up of the Center.
- Boise Evening School - Offers students an opportunity to obtain their high school diplomas outside the time constraints of the traditional school day. Anyone over age sixteen who has not graduated from high school is eligible to attend.
- Marian Pritchett High School - Serving the needs of pregnant teens since 1959.
- Professional-Technical Education Center (PTEC) - Provides students with workforce skill development and a seamless transition to active participation in economic and community roles. PTEC services students from the Boise, Meridian, and Kuna school districts.
